Strategic Foresight
Narrative foresight tied to real conditions. We frame a time-bound problem, analyze it across 21 Domains of Change and more than 1,300 variables, map every plausible storyline, and convene superforecasters to put a probability on each. Early-warning indicators then tell you when the future is shifting.
Strategic Planning
From reading the environment to a finished plan. We scan outside first so the findings show where to look inside, then set mission, vision and long-term goals, weigh alternatives against explicit criteria, and translate the choice into objectives, measures and initiatives your people can execute.
Conflict Resolution
A process the parties will own. Imposed processes fail. We design the mediation before substantive talks begin, stress-test it against best, status quo and worst cases, plan for spoilers, and co-design it with the parties so they accept, own and sustain it.
